I work directly with your leadership team and professional staff to identify quality objectives, conduct a thorough quality risk assessment, and document a compliant system based on the AICPA’s SQMS 1 and 2. The final deliverables are 1) required documentation that is flexible and easy to document in future years, and 2) a Quality Management Document to replace your current Quality Control Document.
